IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Berlin Modern
Designed by the renowned Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, berlin modern is a new museum for modern and contemporary art emerging in the heart of the city.
As an extension of the Neue Nationalgalerie, a prestigious cultural project with international appeal is growing until 2029. With an investment volume of €526.5 million, the project combines architectural quality with ecologically sustainable construction and integrates into the Kulturforum as a new link between the Philharmonie and the Neue Nationalgalerie.
Urbane Mitte at Gleisdreieck
Gleisdreieck has always been a place of movement – today, a visionary urban quarter of extraordinary dimensions is emerging here.
Seven striking new buildings with heights between 25 and 90 meters form a powerful architectural ensemble on approximately 31,500 m². A versatile usage concept is planned, featuring modern office spaces and a hotel, complemented by commercial, retail, and gastronomic offerings as well as cultural attractions. Urbane Mitte not only bridges the gap between the park and the city spatially but also establishes a new urban hub in the heart of Berlin. For LÜTZOW GARDENS, this creates an environment with extraordinary appeal that lends the location a new, tangible quality – just a few minutes away and directly experienceable in everyday life.
